This position is responsible for managing commission payment related activities for Accounting Department.  The Commission Analyst will provide daily operational support for administering the commission plans to ensure timely and accurate payment.  This includes partnering closely with other departments in support of the monthly commission pay process, successful generation of pay files, reconciling commissions and management of commission statements.  This position will report directly into the Senior Manager Finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Commission Accounting pay file generation lead across the geography.
  • Perform analyses, reconciliations, compliance activities, and ad hoc reporting as directed.
  • Activities include random manual calculations to validate commission system results, payee reconciliation, and performing other control related tasks.
  • Reconciliations include Commission Extract processing, Commission Detail Repots and Pay file Checklists.
  • Ad hoc reporting also includes research and analysis of discrepancies, including monthly deficits, to support business related inquiries.
  • Research participants’ commission setups, payment history, hierarchies, and other commission related information.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in various Commission Accounting processes, including selected upstream processes.
  • Collaborate with business groups across the pay cycle process, including Global Sales Compensation, Compensation and Payroll
  • Ad hoc supporting for US accounting, books close, supporting audit requirements, providing additional support in critical/time sensitive tasks under US Accounting, compliance and reporting.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 

  • Minimum 5 plus years’ experience in Commission Accounting

MUST HAVE SKILLS 

  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office suite (particularly, Excel, Access)
  • Exceptional attention to detail, a good problem solver who is organized, flexible, self-directed and possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.

JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Building and execution of the regional sales plan, and deliver upon recurring revenue targets for the entire product suite
  • Work collaboratively with the sales engineering team to develop solutions and present them to enterprises.

Candidate is expected to be hands on in web services, server-side experience. POSITION / TITLE: DEVOPS LEAD  

This role will require you to work closely with the Engineering team to design, build, and maintain systems. This includes setting up monitoring solutions, configuring and adding new servers/services periodically, and maintaining existing and future custom application code and configuration. You will also regularly interface with developers and team members for capacity and architecture planning and make recommendations for improvements to the existing architecture. You will also participate in regular deployments of code updates. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the adoption of Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration, Test-Driven Development, and Agile best practices, processes, and tools across cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) & On-Premise
  • Design, implement, and migration of provisioning, build and release management processes to support development processes
  • Perform system build and release when assistance is required – this is key to identifying areas for improvement. 
  • Ensure the uptime, availability, and proper performance of all components.
  • Periodic review of the systems in terms of vulnerability, capacity management
  • Ensure all the security best practices are implemented & followed by the team.

ROLE / TITLE: Partner Account Executive  

He/She will be responsible for establishing relationships with new customers and securing contracts, as  well as managing and expanding our existing customer base to achieve sales targets. He/She will drive  the entire sales cycle from a qualified lead to a closed sale. They will work internally with support from  business development, sales engineers, and other sales support teams to identify and communicate  Kore.ai’s portfolio of technology and solutions to meet customers’ business needs.

LOCATION: Riyadh, KSA 

RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Drive sales for opportunities being sourced via partners like systems integrators resellers, VADs  and other channel partners
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to better understand customer pain points, so you can  offer solutions to specifically address those business needs.
  • Maintain a partner-sourced pipeline of qualified new business and existing customer base  growth opportunities equal to or above four times your annual quota to ensure ability to meet  your goals by working closely with Partner Alliance directors and the top partners managed by  the partner alliance team
  • Articulate Kore.ai’s platform, solutions, features, differentiators and the expected ROI to  prospects via calls, emails, demonstrations and sales meetings, to various audiences, which can  include Business Unit leaders, CXOs and Engineers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospects, existing customers, and channel partners to  further identify opportunities to expand Kore.ai’s business footprint within those relationships.
  • Utilize CRM system to effectively track and report sales activity on your pipeline.
  • Effectively map new prospect organizations to identify the targeted buyers and decision makers.
  • Develop and deliver targeted presentations for prospects which include industry trends,  financial data and case studies.
  • Prepare for navigating potential objections from the customer and be able to negotiate a deal to  close.
  • Create proposals and collaborate with RFx Team for responses to RFI/RFP documents.
  • Develop, maintain, and review territory plans that outline how you will meet sales targets on an  ongoing basis.
  • Create top accounts, blueprints and deals closing plans
  • Stay current on company offerings and industry trends.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION  

  • Bachelors or Masters in business-related field.

SKILLS & TRAITS REQUIRED  

  • Minimum 5 years of experience selling enterprise software, contact center technologies  (CCAAS, IVR, ITR, Chatbots, Conversational ai, etc) into Fortune 500 accounts required.
  • Minimum 5 years of selling experience in the Saudi market required.
  • Must be currently residing and based out of Riyadh Saudi Arabia required.
  • Must be native Arabic speaking and bilingual in Englishrequired.
  • Metrics driven sales “hunter” with a professional demeanor, impeccable integrity.
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in tech sales.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to negotiate.
  • Excellent prospecting, presentation, and networking skills across all levels within an  organization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment.
  • Sense of urgency and persistence.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and commitment.
  • Proficient with online presentation and training services (Zoom, GoToMeeting, WebEx).
  • Experience using CRM tools to track prospects and deals, as well as produce reports.
